TikTok Cook Scorned As Domestic ‘Slave’ Becomes Sensation

A TikTok cook who shares videos of perfect housewife meals she prepares for her boyfriend has been branded a slave by her followers.

Madrid based Rocio Lopez Bueno, known to her followers as RoRo Bueno, shares clips of the lavish meals she whips up from scratch for her partner Pablo.

Rocio, 22, starts off most of her clips with ‘Today Pablo wanted’ or ‘Pablo asked me for’.

But many of her 2.5 million followers have turned up their noses at the clips scornfully dismissing her as the ‘submissive influencer’.

Baffled Rocio explained in an interview on 22nd July: “I like to show my love with food.

“I don’t consider myself a submissive woman.”

But she told how some women shout at her in the street saying she has abandoned her feminist beliefs.

She said: “They yell at me, ‘Slave, we don’t want you here,’ things like that.

“It’s very strange.”

But many social media users dismissed her explanation.

One identified as ‘Daniel Castro’ said: “This account should be called,’ Pablo’s Cravings’.”

Another, named ‘Manuel Canton’, wrote: “The day Pablo says, I fancy a mammoth chop… she travels back in time and brings it back to cook it.”

But Rocio added: “I have always considered myself a feminist, if by feminist we mean equality of rights between men and women.

“I support women’s freedom to do what they want, but they are not supporting me for doing what I want.”

What she does not show in her clips, she says, is that Pablo gets lumbered with all the washing up.

But some users backed her.

‘Maria,Alejandra♡’ said: “So many criticisms of this girl, I think she is wonderful, many of us would like to know how to cook and do everything from scratch.”

And user ‘Paulita Franco’ added: “What a pride to know how to prepare everything from scratch, that is true cooking.”
