A Statement On The Dismissal Of Richard Lewington

The editor of the Madrid Metropolitan, Richard Lewington, has been dismissed.

Richard Lewington had claimed that he had substantial editorial experience with other publications – this was a false statement.

Richard Lewington had claimed that he had substantial design experience with other publications -this too was a false statement.

Richard Lewington´s bizarre and insulting behaviour to colleagues and sponsors alike is wholly unaceptable and will not be tolerated.

We have every sympathy for Richard Lewington´s ongoing mental issues and hope that he undertakes the treatment needed to make a recovery.

However we will not tolerate any further abusive actions.
