Miss Spain Wows With Incredible Post-Birth Body

These pictures published by former Miss Spain Lorena Van Heerde Ayala a few weeks after giving birth to her second child continue to stun her army of online followers.

Van Heerde Ayala, 36, was born in the Netherlands and grew up in the Spanish province of Alicante before going on to win Miss Spain in 2001. As she was under 18 years of age at the time, she was not allowed to take part in Miss Universe that year.

On 9th December, the 36-year-old model gave birth to her second child, a boy called Rafik.

She told her online followers: “He is so good, we are really lucky! Between breastfeeding, he sleeps about five or six hours without moving, and he never cries. I am so happy seeing him grow up so well.”

The Spanish stunner recently posted a photo of her flaunting her incredible body in lilac underwear.

Netizen ‘Dorothyredshoesblog’ commented: “I cannot believe this is your body after pregnancy!”

‘Virandvaleria’ said: “Oh my God, gorgeous body. And to think you just gave birth!”

Lorena responded to the gushing praise in another post, explaining: “Breastfeeding him helps a lot as you just don’t stop. Having another daughter helps too.

“As soon as the baby is two months old, action!”
