Award winning Lyaness is taking its very own renowned British Cookbook to Madrid tomorow, 13th September, to collaborate with Spanish hotspots Salmon Guru and Viva Madrid to bring its iconic British Cookbook menu to Spain.
Lyaness, which recently won the World’s Best Bar at the Spirited Awards, will be running its very own masterclass at Salmon Guru followed by a much anticipated takeover at Viva Madrid on
The collaboration will see the bars and their teams come together to bring a taste of Lyaness’ ingredient led British Cookbook menu to the Spanish scene, showcasing the bar’s fascinating and unique ingredients that were created for it. The day will start with an educational masterclass at Salmon Guru in the afternoon, deep diving into the menu creation process whilst showcasing some of the ingredients such as Blood Curaçao and Malt and Grass Amazake.
Lyaness team members Davide Gobbi and Antonio Galetta will then move onto Viva Madrid, for the international takeover with a tailored selection of the Lyaness cocktail menu and ingredient tasting for the evening.
The cocktail menu will consist of some of Lyaness’ menu favourites such as the Green Rayu Punch and the (Im)perfect Martini – transporting you to the iconic southbank hotspot. Using the five
ingredients the team will also be able to create off-menu drinks on request.
Taking place on 13th September, the masterclass at Salmon Guru will kick off in the afternoon, before heading onto Viva Madrid for the unmissable takeover from 8pm.
