Michelin Restaurant Guide To Madrid
Since it´s appearance in 1926 the Michelin Guide has been a reference for foodies the world over.
It´s grading over three stars is signifies One Star being “a very good restaurant”, Two Stars “excellent cooking that is worth a detour”, and the covetted Three Stars “exceptional cuisine that is worth a special journey”.
The Madrid Metropolitan would humbly disagree in that the Spanish capital is always worth a special journey!
Today Madrid boasts 21 Michelin starred restaurants for foodies from around the world to enjoy.
